  • Enhanced stakeholder perception of the HR function at BCA by delivering innovative solutions in organisational design, skills and capability modelling, pay structuring, and succession planning:
  • Influenced Commercial Director in building the optimal structure to centralise the UK HSE team that were across 4 divisions working independently of each other. Reduced the legal risk profile and lowered costs through facilitating more timely, consistent and higher quality HSE outcomes.
  • Reduced 54 job titles to 13, created 3 skills levels with associated competency descriptors and fixed pay rates. Used to reduce attrition, manage salary costs and feed the workforce planning element of the ERP software being built at the time.
  • Built highly visual one-pager of key HR metrics to highlight risk areas and drive action plans.
  • Drove agenda to optimise performance, increase engagement and enhance succession planning by coaching leaders to have regular objective led career conversations and feedback discussions.
