  • Working within the non-domestic energy directorate on the Energy Bill Relief schemes primarily processing applications and claims from energy suppliers working within the UK for government funding.
  • Taking care of 3 energy suppliers as their supplier engagement lead, working to build and maintain a relationship and communication to ensure their experience with the scheme and department is positive and efficient.
  • Addressing any questions, queries, concerns they may have in a accurate and timely manner. Regularly liaising through written and verbal communication any issues, changes or actions outstanding.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues during the implementation of new regulations (scheme specific).

  • Working proactively to build trusted relationships with stakeholders, FBPs and senior civil servants to drive performance and continuous improvement. Scheduling and chairing monthly and quarterly meetings to present performance and analyse our success and downfalls. Opening the floor to discussion and collaboration on how we can maintain those success and build and improve any downfalls - working to realise the root cause most importantly.
  • Utilising PowerBI to produce and present and distribute reports to FBPs, stakeholders, project managers and senior civil servants.
