•Cross-Functional Collaboration with most functions to deliver on group targets and continuous improvement
•Change Management completing in-depth analysis on operational site and contractual requirements to build time and attendance rules and manage via a formal change process.
•Continuous Improvement finding solutions and improvements to operational payroll issues/ requirements and implement appropriate measures to increase efficiency of the payroll whilst maintaining compliance
•Time and Attendance implementation deploying appropriate T&A solutions in support of payroll and HCM to operational sites.
•End User Systems Training on system usage and embedding best practice inclusive of field-based training
•Second & Third Tier Support Utilizing case management software to support with escalations from the business affecting any business applications for HR, T&A or Payroll processes.
•Systems User Administration to create user access but also monitor role and policy changes that impact data requirements and accessibility to employee data in the various systems that offer access
•Development of eLearning content to complement training practices and report on outputs of LMS
•Systems Monitoring overseeing the performance and ongoing interfaces between the various supported systems
