Summary

I currently work as a Senior Clinical Facilitator for Oxford Health NHS Trust and have experience in developing and delivering transformational programmes for Children Services. I work as part of the transformation team, working with service leads, health and social care managers and IT project managers to implement change management activities. My role is to work with clinical teams and service managers across all children community services to investigate, describe, analyse, and interpret current clinical, managerial, and business requirements and processes which support the patient journey through the health care system. I have experience of leading on the embedding of organisational change within directorates, working with various programmes to ensure consistency and successful change is achieved.

I am an extremely driven individual who possesses excellent communication and engagement skills. I am confident in facilitating meetings with key stakeholders to support service led improvement and organisational change. I have strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance deadlines and demands raised by programme managers and directorates as well as undertake business as usual activities.

I have a great understanding of the importance of culture in driving change and confident in my ability to lead and inspire others to achieve success. I am an extremely hard working and positive individual and believe I have many qualities which are essential to achieving shared common goals across a large organisation. I am very approachable with excellent listening and communication skills, and I enjoy motivating and empowering others where possible. I believe the above attributes are essential to achieving effective leadership and enabling positive changes throughout the community. In my current role I also lead on clinical safety across Oxford Health NHS trust. In this role I am responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and approval for the implementation of new as well as existing programmes and systems across the trust. This role has given me excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as knowledge in risk management, with the responsibility of understanding and analysing critical safety information, ensuring digital transformation is undertaken as safely and effectively as possible.
