  • Streamlined financial processes by constantly updating database systems, identifying optimal accounting techniques for different clients and suggesting improvements, enhancing overall company productivity when performing administrative tasks.
  • Processed invoices at different stages within our accounting system, before completing and invoicing out over 30 jobs a day to customers. This was carried out following rigorous internal procedures, both whilst accounting and whilst reviewing and filing payroll documents, resulting in an accurate and meticulous record-keeping network.
  • Ensured timely payments were made to suppliers and customers by invoicing as quickly as possible, synchronising with other individuals and departments when necessary. This ensured all financial records were up to date, which benefited the completion of monthly and yearly closing procedures, meaning firm deadlines were met.
  • Oversaw and trained 3 new financial assistants in handling financial information, ensuring they were comfortable, happy and doing the correct things within their parameters.

  • I have loved all aspects of sport from a young age and throughout my life, both as a player and as a fan. I love the competitive nature and camaraderie it brings out of people, as well as the sense of belonging and community it provides.
