After three years in the tax field, having started at the age of 18, I am now ready to move into my next role. I am a driven professional with strong analytical skills and solid experience in financial data analysis and client communication. Throughout my work I have shown the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. I enjoy the continuous changes in industry rules and regulations, and I am especially motivated by client facing work because every client brings a unique set of goals, circumstances, and levels of wealth, which makes the role varied, engaging, and rewarding. With a strong desire to learn and grow, I am ready to contribute to meaningful outcomes in my next position.
After spending 18 months as a Tax and Trusts Apprentice while completing my ATT Foundation qualification, I moved into full‑time Private Client work and continued progressing through the next stage of my ATT studies. My day to day duties looked like:
I managed a caseload of around 60 clients, covering both personal tax cases and trust cases throughout their full tax return compliance cycle. My responsibilities included:
During my time at The King John School I was one of only five students to receive the Lion Award, which recognised students who achieved the student of the year title in every academic year. This award reflected consistent high performance, commitment, and contribution throughout my studies.
I am a keen footballer who plays small sided football on a weekly basis. I have also competed at EJA level for my club, and I captained my school team to District and County competition titles. This mix of regular play, competitive experience, and leadership has helped me develop strong teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.
