Charlie Tumilty

I am seeking a Job role or apprenticeship in the field of engineering (gas or electrical). I am strongly confident and I am great at conversing with other people. I'm hardworking and a reliable student seeking a flexible labourer role to begin with. I believe I am ready for practical experience and to broaden my knowledge in the industry. I am great at multitasking and getting on with challenging work. I am a great problem solver and even if the problem is not evident, I will still try my hardest to find the solution. My grandad was a key motivator for me, he was in the RAF and would make model planes in his free time as he was fascinated with aviation and the engineering field too. He passed away in late 2019 which kickstarted my ambition even further. My long term goal is to become a fully qualified gas or electrical engineer.

• After school, every Thursday, I attend a 90 minute extra curricular engineering session which allows me to revise and work profoundly hard on my coursework. If I get the chance I go back at break and lunch.
• I go to the gym 4 days a week and enjoy socialising with friends and family in my free time.
