Recent Achievement:
In August of this year, I achieved a major personal milestone by purchasing my first home in the heart of Manchester, a city I'm proud to call home.

Sales Performance:
Over the past three years, I’ve consistently outperformed all executives on my team across key metrics including volume, finance & insurance (F&I), and customer satisfaction. My approach combines a results driven mindset with a strong focus on building long term customer relationships.

Professional Development:
I'm currently enhancing my skills further through a Level 3 apprenticeship in Customer Service and Communication, offered through my current employer. This has deepened my understanding of customer engagement and sharpened my communication techniques which are key drivers in my ongoing success.

WHEN IM NOT AT WORK

When I'm not working, you'll find me reliving my semi-pro days on a 6-a-side football pitch or passionately supporting Derby County (yes, through the highs and the many more lows). 

I've also recently taken on the surprisingly expensive hobby of decorating my new flat and loving every minute of it. 

Music is also a big part of my life, I’ve taught myself how to mix vinyl, building and curating a growing collection of records over many years.
