My time working at Black Country Caravans has given me a wide variety of Skill sets that are applicable to a variety of work environments. Within my time here my role expanded and I was assigned different responsibilities when the company required, such as working within the retail shop on site, this meant I would be learning and completing a variety of new tasks each day. This has greatly improved my ability to learn and work on the go while handling new challenges. One of these was interacting with customers, whether that was assisting with customers out on site or working behind the counter in a retail capacity.
Due to the nature of the role, I had to work on a very strict schedule. This has greatly increased my ability to work under pressure and complete tasks within a set time frame and to a deadline when required. This allowed me to demonstrate that even when working under pressure I was able to perform my work quickly while maintaining a high standard.
Because of my enthusiastic work ethic, and friendly nature, I was able establish good working relationships with fellow employees and customers quickly which enabled me to work more effectively and productively.
