Sole host of a 10-person chalet, responsible for budgeting, catering, cleaning, and client care. It taught me how to handle responsibility and pressure and deal with all manner of challenges. While the hours were long, I learnt very quickly how to properly manage a high workload. It was an incredibly enjoyable and fulfilling experience.
