Compiled an ESG report for an Industrial Unit, making comments on their attainment to Environmental and Social standards with reference to laws.

Identifying and addressing ESG risks can contribute to more effective risk management. This includes mitigating environmental risks (e.g., regulatory compliance), addressing social risks (e.g., labor practices), and improving governance to reduce the risk of unethical behavior.

-Surveyed 385 properties in Southport, and worked out various costs and benefits of replacing upper floor 'spare' capacity with flats (mostly band A). I then calculated the nett change in government revenue through taking existing business rates and implementing council tax working out through the size of the property.

-I displayed my findings on an excel spreadsheet, and used formulae to work out the change in revenue, developing not only statistical ability but development of competency in Excel.
