Client Delivery:

• Lead design and development of AI and Data solutions to a range of clients, with particular focus on on large cap corporates and private equity portfolio companies.
• Provide AI Advisory services to C-Suite stakeholders to help them identify, scope and prioritise use cases in line with coherent, business driven AI strategy.
• Partner with client technical delivery teams to embed POCs into production environments and integrate within existing enterprise architectures
• Project archetypes include developing the AI strategy for the Board at South Africa's largest premium segment retailer (identifying ~12% EBITDA improvements), designing an ML demand forecasting capability for a PE-backed Logistics provider (driving 15pp accuracy and automation) and leading the development of a digital twin to simulate warehouse optimisations at a PE-backed luxury fashion ecommerce retailer (leading to 20% labour cost reduction).

Business Development:

• Lead business development activities for AI and Data propositions across PE, Retail and Operations industry groups
• Play a meaningful role in conversion of ~£2m fees per annum
• Develop propositions across AI advisory and AI Value Creation service offerings

Capability Building:

• Develop repeatable solution artefacts to be re-leveraged across multiple engagements
• Coach ~5 junior team members and support their professional development during and outside of client work
• Lead development of recruitment of junior resources, including design of a technical assessment.
• Hired at Consultant level and promoted 3 times across 7 year period
• 70% retention rate (extensions from existing clients), 85% billability/utilisation

• Data Science Implementation Consultant: technical customer-facing roles, embedded in client teams for multi-year programmes providing services to retail banking clients (generating £1m+ redress savings through improved accuracy)

• Proving analytics services to central government departments and other public sector bodies, including Secretaries of State for Health and Education
