I completed a weeks works experience at a pensions and life insurance company, shadowing
alongside customer service representatives dealing with a variety of different customer requests for either there pensions or life products.
Working closely with Quality Coaches and a Team Leader to understand there day to day roles and responsibilities.
Completing mandatory trainings CBTs .
My hobbies consist of regular gym sessions.
Personal training session once a week.
Boxing and football.
