I am currently in year 1 of University studying Primary Education. My goal at the end of the three years is to become a primary school teacher, while i am in university i would love the opportunity to gain experience with children and further my knowledge with working with children ready for the future. I have a lot of experience of team leading with being a senior team member in greggs for 4 years which has given me a lot more confidence and and very good communicating skills and the ability to work very well with team members/staff members.
I am currently a senior sales, my duties include being a key holder, managing tills and money, completing stock orders, supervising staff members, general shop sales duties, and customer service. I also helping find cover for my own shop and other shops when people are sick. I also have to go to other shops and cover myself when people are sick and the same in my shop. I also professionally handle difficult customer complaints and objections to maintain first-class customer service standards.
One skill I have is superior communication skills, I love meeting new people and interacting with others due to my job I do this every day
I have a lot of patience and very good listening skills, I believe not every one is the same some tasks take some people longer than others and that is absolutely fine everyone also deserves to be listened to
I am very good with time management I have learnt this while working in Greggs as I have had to be on time for shift which i have never been late too and I have also had to manage team members breaks and certain times for them so there is enough time for everyone to have their breaks they are entitled to I am very good at working in a team, sometimes i believe some tasks are better when working in a team as you have support from others around you
