Kitchen assistant - I would ensure the kitchen had the correct good hygiene standards and cleanliness. I also helped the chefs with meal preparation and made sure it was completed on time. Also i helped in plating of dishes, and would also rotate stock to make sure ingredients stayed fresh and in date.
waitress- I would serve food and drinks to the customers and, make sure they were satisfied with there food or drink, i would also make sure i had good communication throughout the shifts. Also make sure tables were clean and set for customers coming in and, were cleaned after customers left. would also help with polishing glasses and cutlery.
