  • Full Project lifecycle responsibility for Infrastructure projects within Faslane. Concept Phase through to Implementation and handover.
  • Currently Project Manager on a multi-million £ programme of works for a building demolition. Building contains failing structural RAAC planks, Asbestos contamination, High-activity Radioactive sources, a live sub-station and large temporary works packages.
  • Involvement in complex processes and procedures in relation to nuclear compliance and nuclear-implicated services.
  • Working as Project Manager with assistance from Quantity Surveyor and Project Planner and H&S team.
  • Project works are inclusive of tender process, contract management, Contractor onboarding/management and management of CDM-works on site.
