- I set up small PA systems (d&b) and support larger line array system setups (Adamson) in various venues and festivals across Edinburgh and beyond.
- Work with RF systems (Sennheiser & Shure) to ensure smooth operations.
- Mic'ing stages for bands and performing artists/ speakers, preparing mics for instruments, amps, vocals, lapel, and headset mics.
- I often set up stage power, anywhere from 13Amp up to 125Amp three phase for temporary installations.
- Perform basic PAT testing to maintain equipment safety standards.
- With DM Audio also being a hire company, I regularly complete drop offs and pick ups of sound/ music equipment throughout Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Central Belt, as well as many other areas of Scotland, keeping to a strict time schedule.
- I deal with a variety of clients from local bands and venues to corporate conferences where I need to adapt my presentation accordingly.
