  • My key responsibilities were to co-ordinate the move management at Balfour Beatty Head Office, manage the Stakeholders keeping them aware of progress, any impact on them, compiling reports, evaluating contractors and ensuring the Group Directors concerns were taken care off
  • Additional to this role I was also requested to help another team ‘People & Organisation’ within the change management programme
  • This role gave me the responsibility to co-ordinating and assisting team managers, holding progress meetings, collecting reports, compiling reports for the Executive Leadership Team of Balfour Beatty, presenting these reports to senior leaders of the business and feeding back targets to the team managers.
