  • Responsible for initiating and implementing the full software development lifecycle for the PharmGate portal

Supported Full implementation of end-to-end process automation of Police Specialized Services project a concession project to improve process of rendering specialized services for Nigeria Police Force
  • Project POSSAP Responsibilities:
  • Facilitated requirements gathering sessions and documented all requirements (Business requirement, User Requirements & Systems Specification) for the POSSAP portal
  • Responsible for setting up meetings, workshops and interviews with relevant stakeholders to have view of operational models for these services such as Joint Implementation Committee comprising of senior Police officers and identified MVP’s for first phase of project
