· Support the Finance Manager in maintaining banking and finance records for the KPRA and KPRA Leisure Limited. Provide a support service to members and branch clubs in their absence.

· Manage the weekly lottery draw ensuring the results are published and advised to Payroll for payment.

· Administer processes for the purchasing of tickets, events and promotions, ensuring financial records are kept up to date and in line with the financial guidelines operated within the KPRA.

· Identify opportunities to increase membership, looking at processes to engage with non-members, building relationships that may encourage them to join.

· Publish the weekly update and maintain oversight of media forums used to advertise events and services. Manage the Sharepoint and Website pages ensuring they remain current, informative and reflective of member engagement requirements.

· Manage the ballot for the rental of holiday properties ensuring fairness and transparency, issue contracts and oversee the control and record keeping of payments. Ensure that cancellations are balloted to provide equity of opportunity.

· Promote and support the Rewards Gateway seeking opportunities to engage with members and advertise the benefits of use.

· Undertake reasonable work requests that support and progress the Associations core functions.

· Prepare annual objectives for direct reporting staff and carry out quarterly reviews of progress.
