- Conducted an independent study for 9 months (Proof of Concept: rhPCR). Presented findings to the entire Molecular Assay Development Department, including the QIAGEN Head of Franchise VP and the QIAGEN Senior Director and Global Development Lead in MDx.
- Assumed the role of training co-ordinator for the use of Seagull Scientific BarTender software and Zebra Printers. Rebooted the training team and revitalised the presentation used for training.
- Mentoring and supervision of lab work training of new Technical Assistants to project team.
