During my 25 Years owning my Own business and having my first business Premises at the age of 22 . I Successfully grew the business to having Three Catering Units at Separate Locations in 3 Years

Also negotiated a lease for a public house, oversaw the Renovations and Facilitated a Manager and Team to Run the pub,.

Throughout my 25 Years of owning my business I have navigated it through a Recession, a business partner moving to Canada for 10 years so I was Running the business during this time with him as a silent partner, A pandemic and Cost of living crisis proving I am a Successful Leader equipped to plan, lead and optimise operations for changing Economic Environment.

In November 2018 I was thrilled to be nominated and win A Prestigious Women Leader Award in Customer Service

I also led my business to win a small business award in 2019

I am a Driven, decisive leader with Great negotiation skills and a diplomatic communicator.

I am Hardworking and passionate with strong organizational skills, excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
