Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to Five Partners and the wider European Search team as required.
- Manage complex diaries, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Coordinating meetings, calls and video conferences across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and book events and team socials.
- Support recruitment coordination activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding logistics.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting guests and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business.
