• In 2007, formed and looked after a dedicated low cost sourcing team for the company and since then procurement of all metal materials, including pressings, forgings, castings, machining components, has been transferred to high-performance Chinese suppliers. This has made the company gain a strong competitive advantage against competitors in mechanical engineering industries, such as railway vehicles, wind turbines, port cranes, commercial road vehicles, etc., where need high-performance rubber-to-metal parts and suspension systems.

• In 2008, formed and looked after a dedicated R& D team to develop expertise in manufacturing of low cost but high-performance anti-roll bar systems for metro project of Victoria Line London, and since then have promoted the company to the position as the world class supplier of all types of anti-roll bar systems for all world class manufacturer of railway vehicles, including high-speed trains, trams, intercity link trains, light-rail trains and metro trains, etc. For example, the company has been granted the only one supplier status of anti-roll torsion bar systems for the brand new high-speed train project currently undergoing in the UK.

• In 2009, built business connection with the world class customer CRRC and have promoted the company to a technical partnership with CRRC on development of solutions suspension systems.

• in 2010, formed China subsidiary company for the company and since then have been playing the role of Managing Director for this subsidiary company. With this subsidiary company present in China, all projects including supplier management, customer service, business development have been solidly streamlined and enhanced for the company.

Led supplier development and supplier quality control for mechanical components needed by consumer electronics and household electrical appliance.
