  • As the Recruitment Manager, I am supporting our corporate office and 19 hotels across the UK for senior and hotel operational roles.
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Head of HR - UK & Europe.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment roles, Time to Hire / Quality of Hire: Retention after 6 months: Achieving: 80%
  • Employer Branding: Working with the Marketing team to design and implement recruitment-targeted campaigns: London Job Show, recruitment days, posters, Facebook, social media, and drive EVP/branding initiatives.
  • Weekly publication of opportunities for the business to increase internal mobility.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Support and manage the candidate experience throughout their journey, and be the 'go-to' person.
  • Creating marketing content for social media.
  • Proactive sourcing and hiring to reduce agency involvement, moving sourcing to 90% direct.
  • Managing external partnerships and agency agreements, and building relationships with universities and schools.
  • Assist the HR team in making a smooth onboarding process for new starters, including their legal requirement compliance.
