• Led, directed, controlled, and managed technical teams and works for Eurocement Holding, the largest cement manufacturing company in Russia with 60 million tons/annum capacity and 16 plants, achieving the highest levels of safety and environmental standards, best operational performance and efficiency at lowest cost.
• Administered and controlled the installation and commissioning of new equipment and organized tests and inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plants and utilities.
• Approved drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, and cost estimates for erection and commission of major projects of the group (brown and green field).
• Directed and approved predictive and preventive schedules of key equipment for increasing machine utilization, reliability, and productivity, reducing mean time between failures.

• Successfully implemented a maintenance improvement plan (MIP) and maintenance management system for the entire Indocement Group, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced downtime.
• Monitored plant performance, advised for improvements, and guided the technical department of 13 units with around 1500 employees, directly reporting to the technical director (board member) of Indocement.
• Managed predictive and preventive maintenance programs and drove continuous improvement by implementing timely inspection, proper planning, execution, and analysis steps.
• Introduced and implemented HC Group CIP concept, resulting in a 15% cost reduction and quality enhancement of manufacturing processes.
• Reduced downtime by 30% by implementing reliability concepts and HC Group MIP plan, while effectively monitoring inventory, spare parts, and consumables, and analyzing root causes of incidents and accidents related to cement plants.

• Spearheaded the maintenance department for a cement plant, leading the entire technical team consisting of three departmental managers, six sectional managers, 15 engineers and supervisors, and 80 workmen.

• Spearheaded the mechanical department for a cement plant, leading a team of eight sectional managers, 21 engineers and supervisors, and 55 workmen.
