Being an Assistant System Engineer trainee I have been performed the below roles and responsibilities during my tenure.

• System installation and configuration: Installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and system management tools on servers and workstations.
• Technical support: Providing first-line technical support to users, addressing system-related queries and resolving basic issues.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving system malfunctions, including hardware and software problems.
• System monitoring: Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues through system logs and alerts.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Security maintenance: Implementing and maintaining basic system security measures, such as access controls and updates.
• Patch management: Applying software updates and patches to systems as needed
• System upgrades: Assisting in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations
• Collaboration with senior engineers: Working closely with senior system engineers to implement complex projects and resolve technical challenges
