• Supervise South-East Turkey Exploration projects (prospectivity, volumetrics - technical risk assessments).
• Identifying new drilling prospects by screening and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
• Involve in development projects, prepare Scope of Works, project timelines and contributions to Field Development Plans.
• Supervision and training of a Junior Exploration Geologist.

Key Studies:

• Detailed Palaeozoic prospectivity study in SE Turkey (Outcome: Proposal of a multi-reservoir target well)
• “Gas productivity & feasibility study” within time & budget constraints, presented to JV partners for further actions.

Perenco London HQ, Cameroon Team

• Delivered in future drilling targets and in well proposals/drilling campaigns.
• Contributions to multi-disciplinary FDPs in HQ and Subsidiary.
• Delivered models/update existing and QC subsidiary geomodels/GIIP & STOIIP estimates.
• Exposed to deep marine clastic reservoirs characterization and modelling.
• Presentations to peers - Joint Ventures, Partners, Government.
• Mentored Imperial College M.Sc. student on Douala/Kribi-Campo Basin, Mundeck Reservoir Study.

Key Studies:

• Post-mortem studies identifying a productive sand layer & isolated small fault compartment in one of the producing fields (Outcome -tested to be productive.
• Quick look “Rubble Beds" study to integrate into regional study (Outcome - well proposals)
• Deep water Exploration projects help-out from development geology aspect, to better understand prospectivity (Outcome - license relinquished by Management)
• Initial work set up for pioneer FLNG vessel project by inspecting geomodels/identifying potential drilling options.

Perenco London HQ, Democratic Republic of Congo Team

• Full field scale modelling / formation evaluation and in mature DRC Offshore assets.
• Visits to DRC Base to get exposed to subsidiary’s activities, and to follow/witness operations.
• Involvements with JV partners in DRC in TCMs /OCMs and management level in London and Paris HQs.
• Custodian for data storage/technical reports and editor for Field Development reports.
• Exposure to carbonate reservoir characterisation and modelling.

Key Studies:

• Contributions to subsidiary’s well interventions on mature fields, proven by successful production enhancement.
• Worked out production hindering issues such as : scaling, wax precipitation, PLTs, sweep efficiency, etc. on offshore wells.
• Proposal for WO/ST wells (deviated & horizontal/multi-laterals) for mechanically compromised wells, involve in ESP proposals and water shut-offs (Outcome: one side-track, four WOs, two appraisals wells).
• Preparation of “Back-up” plans to mitigate offshore rig stand-by times and their implementations.

Perenco Turkey, Geosciences Team

• Full-field scale petrophysics and geomodelling of various South-east Turkey mature oil fields for FDPs.
• Contributions to infill drilling and workover programs, proven by significant production increase.
• Custodian of all sort of technical reports - FDPs, post-mortems.
• Contribute to Perenco Turkey Business Development, whilst engaging partners, with National Oil Company and other authorities.

As Operational Geologist :

• Propose several appraisal wells / WO wells.
• Service company engagement for wireline, coring, for data management/processing stages.
• Delivered well logging programs and on-site witness of well logging operations.
• Monitor and support ongoing drilling activity
• Successfully negotiated a global service company to enter into Turkey market.

Key Studies:

• First concept of flow units was introduced in a mature field (Outcome : led to a new producing reservoir layer).
• Optimized a small/complex anticline structure later led to drilling of a first horizontal well in the subsidiary.

• Mentored Undergraduate & MSc students.
• Custodian for fast-paced lab environment
• Developed work methods/placements for interns and trainees.
