In my role as a Star Expert at Mercedes I guide customers through their purchasing journey using the knowledge I have on the products and I also conduct engaging product demonstrations, handovers, and test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I am responsible for customer engagement as I welcome them into the showroom and respond to their enquiries. Also I create a positive sales and service environment during customer service, insuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Along with those, I maintain the showroom making sure it always looks presentable and welcoming to customers as they enter, as it leads to them being more comfortable and confident during their experience.

As a waitress ad bar tender at Rodway I took accurate guest orders and relayed information to kitchen about preferences, requests, or allergens along with obtaining customer feedback to improve service experience and provide recommendations to kitchen staff. I also verified completed orders and served guests at tables and totalled bills for customers and accepted payment via cheque, currency and card payments. I regularly maintained bar stocks, replenishing daily as necessary and greeted and seated guests warmly, creating an inviting ambience right from their entrance into the venue alongside complying with all health and safety regulations diligently, ensuring safe work practices at all times.
