A responsible individual with an uncontained passion for people paired with an enthusiastic attitude seeks a graduate role supporting a department which revels in making a change to life- no matter how small! With a proven track record of making my passion practical, I am looking for a graduate scheme/ internship where I can start my career.
Being a former survivor of both domestic and emotional abuse, wellbeing (and generally helping others) have always been enormously crucial to me. Within this position, I have flourished and discovered a plethora of new passions such as arranging wellbeing art tours in partnership with the Tate Modern and Tate Britain, setting up a weekly book club and doing pop-up stalls to publicly connect individuals with different resources that apply to them (disability living advice, the cost of living crisis scheme, etc).
During this life-changing experience, I was selected by the University of Westminster to be a part of a small group of interns to represent the University by being an International Student Ambassador. Within this week-long trip, I was able to meet and establish a flourishing relationship with a variety of individuals ranging from the Libary & Cultural Heritage Executive of the Libary of Congress to the US Army Officer of the Pentagon.
In my first University Internship, I was selected to go to Belfast to not only represent the University but also simultaneously develop my understanding of the United Kingdom's intense history. This experience didn't just massively improve my enthusiasm within public speaking- it further formed my ability to connect and understand individuals.
