I spent 4 years in a Neonat unit who hospitalised babies born between 34 week and term and with a weight more than 1800g. Pitié-Salpetrière hospitals is known to ensuring care for women who have medical issue like cardiac disease, psychiatric disease, or neurologic disease. The team that I was pleased to join is formed to take care of this families who has to throw on many issues before/after birth and need support and well explanation about what is susceptible to arrive. I was in charge of the antenatal consultation

• Newborn resuscitation and support transition at birth
• Participated in induction and settling in of new children.
• Developed and maintained strong partnerships with parents and carers to facilitate day-to-day caring.

• Worked closely with colleagues from other specialities as gynaecologist
• Participate and organised staff with colleagues who work in and out the hospitals to coordinate the delivery and follow-up of the babies.
• Antenatal staff witch decide how to organize the delivery in cas of maternal issue or antenatal disease
• Psychologic and parental staff to discuss with colleagues about possible parentally issue for mother who have poor income, migrant history with violence issues or with toxicomane issues and organising the week after birth. this staff was reined on the child protection and all the French procedure in reference of the situation.
• Consultation with futur mother with or without their paternaire to explained procedures and treatments in simplified language to help the parents understand medical information about babies's disease, or giving them information about the prematurity. In certain case, giving them information about parentally and child protection
• Follow-up of babies who were born preterm or had resuscitation at birth.

I spent 5 years in an Emergency department in caring children for vital issue as infectious disease or traumatic damage. Hard worker, I was pleased to work in a team which is committed to ensuring the best care and the less pain during procedures.

• Examined pediatric patients, recorded data and collected samples for diagnostic testing.
• Monitored patient conditions and adjusted care plans to achieve positive outcomes.
• Contributed to supervision and training of undergraduate students and nursing staff.
• Worked closely with colleagues from other specialities and services to support care delivery.
• Explained procedures and treatments in simplified language to help children understand medical information.
• Work in a projet to decrease pain in using distraction as a pain killer.
