· My main goal was to achieve the payment of very old invoices by clients all over Europe and UK. 20,000 Euros in 2 weeks recovered from old invoices dated back to Oct 2018. Mainly Spanish, German and French used and English with the rest of markets.
· I was offered to stay permanent but due to daily logistics and family commitments I had to decline the offer.
· Support commercial and sales team with enquiries, quotes, monthly reports on sales, targets, issues and maintain excellent customer relations.
· Provide excellent customer service both to end customers and dealers in the MEA and Latin- America regions and to internal GE companies.
· Assist customers with product deadline and technical information, order entry, finance related issues, weekly reports on sales.
· Liaise with finance teams to resolve disputes, follow up on history and raise credit/debit notes if applicable after commercial approval. Up to date credit status for risk markets.
· Liaise with logistics team to solve problems to avoid supply issues or disruptions.
· Liaise with different departments to guarantee supply to customer is maintained: stock planning, regulatory affairs, ITC, and liaise with commercial teams to obtain up to date pricing, product import licences and commercial authorizations etc to avoid supply disruptions to customer.
