- I worked at my former employer for 35 years, starting as an analytical chemist and gaining several promotions to become the laboratory lead as Senior Q.C. chemist.
- I found the work to be enjoyable, despite being a busy environment as the site & lab ran 365 days a year on a 24 hour rota system.
- I was often called upon out of hours to problem solve.
- I took early retirement in October 2023 to move to Dwygyfylchi.
- In recent time I have found that I need something else to occupy me, which is why I feel that the time is right to look for a part time role.
