I was responsible for initiating sales promotions and motivating a full sales team to increase sales figures. I introduced a 0.75% bonus to staff increasing the percentage to 1.1%, if two levels of total of sales had been reached.

I would established performance goals aligned with account targets for 10% year-on-year account growth and profitability and report to the directors.

My daily responsibilities included

  • Organizing the weekly work rota, documenting sick days and holiday allowances.
  • Produce detailed cost estimates and quotations for clients and follow through to ensure the sale.

I worked from home one day per week

  • Administering all company accounts to suppliers and from clients, recording all on an accountancy package M.Y.O.B.
  • Arranged the insurance P.S.V and road tax for five 7.5 tonne vehicles and operators license's.
  • Handled any customer complaints to resolve issues and build loyalty. Informing our supplier of any issue and following up t=with both the client and supplier until an issue was resolved
