• Manage the organisation of languaging components for HBO MAX across ADRIA, Hungary, Portugal.
• Working with Duplo, IBMS, DEAL, Media Net and Mediaflex daily and updating live system records.
• Process invoices from vendors in a timely fashion to ensure billing is up to date.

• Manage high profile titles (Who is Luigi Mangione?, The Fall Of Diddy) to ensure seamless end to end delivery across platforms.
• Main contact across multiple vendors for any languaging or content queries, including versioning, legal updates, and delivery deadlines.
•Manage day to day scheduling of over 50 2D compositors, VFX Supervisors at varying levels.
•Track and manage freelance spending on a monthly basis in line with our resource requirements both on and off payroll. •Liaise with production regarding budgets, build the teams and manage their time based on the available resources, costs and profitability for the company.
•Work with several offices to share resources across London, Germany, Amsterdam, America and Bangalore based on their requirements and ours.
•Holding weekly meetings with Heads of Department to discuss any problem areas, upcoming projects and the development of the team.
•Process annual leave, sickness as well as overtime across the 2D department.
•Liaising, booking and processing the cost for all 2D freelancers- for shoots, in house needs as well as submitting their invoices to accounts.
•Constant discussions with the team regarding ongoing projects, any concerns regarding resource and staffing and resolving these issues in a timely manner.
•Resolving any conflict in schedules when updates or delivery dates change in order to support our clients needs.
•Assigning the work for iTunes, Digital, QC and data teams ensuring it is manageable and within SLA, as well as ensuring it hits delivery deadlines and tx to ensure end to end delivery. •Whilst allocating across all clients including Netflix, All3, Fremantle and Turner I must manage client's expectations for turnaround and unexpected concerns.
•Liaising with all levels across all departments regarding the status of work orders and updating them on any issues or potential problems I foresee.
•Revising schedules in real time depending on service level agreements and priority projects, whilst keeping client services informed on their projects.
•Managing overtime according to client needs and our budget.
•Continuously working with management to improve workflows and refine the workload to maintain a high standard.
•Managing allocations of all live subtitling throughout the department across all clients.
•Actioning amendments in real time whilst assuring all available resources are being utilized according to their capabilities.
•Sound knowledge across all broadcast client requirements relating to Access Services whilst building and maintaining good relationships internally and externally.
•Collating data on a weekly and monthly basis displaying the hours covered by the department for live and offline subtitling and Audio Description.
•Creating invoicing information for accounts request PO's when necessary to ensure we can bill our clients correctly. •Processing invoicing for in house and external freelancers on xytech and SAP.
•Establishing new workflows for clients both existing and new, organising the set up and additions to the in house system.
•Allocating work by determining what takes priority- according to tx date and material availability- when Manager is unavailable/on leave.
