One aspect of this experience that I am particularly proud of is the trust I earned from both the staff and the children. I was entrusted with key responsibilities, such as organizing activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Beyond these tasks, I built meaningful connections with the children, who felt comfortable sharing their stories with me, running up to me for hugs, and expressing excitement whenever I arrived. This level of trust and rapport highlights my ability to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere where children feel valued and secure.
