I am an experienced and caring Senior Learning Support Practitioner with a strong background in supporting young people with Down's syndrome, autism, and learning disabilities within a residential college setting. I am passionate about helping learners develop independence, confidence, and everyday life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
I enjoy planning and organising activities that promote learning, communication, and social development, and I take pride in creating positive, inclusive experiences for everyone I support. I work well as part of a team and value good communication with colleagues, families, and professionals to provide consistent, person-centred care.
I am reliable, well organised, and flexible in my approach, and I hold a full driving licence which allows me to support learners in off-site and community activities
