Summary

I am looking for a complete change of career. Having worked as a midwife, and team lead in the NHS for many years I have decided that I want to bring all the skills that I have developed and dedicate those to working in a faith based charity. My passion is to be able to serve God's Kingdom here on earth in my work. Professionally I have a proven track record in effective communication and time management. I am skilled in building relationships and networking across agencies, with extensive experience in change management, presenting to groups and chairing meetings. I am adept at working independently or collaboratively. Whilst the role of regional coordinator is new to me, I have many transferable skills and I am a keen, fast learner. I have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate tasks. I am knowledgeable about team collaboration, problem-solving, and maintaining relationships. I am excited to use and develop my communication, multitasking, and networking skills serving the kingdom in this role.
