Ensuring that all policy and process documents reflect current legislation and guidance, so that all staff have in-house guidance that is clear and concise.
Responsible for a team of 10 people, across the IG and Health Records teams, including scheduling and line management.
Liaising with Trust staff at all levels, from junior staff to Senior Executives, and reporting on IG vulnerabilities at high level meetings.

Liaising with NHS employers in Camden and Islington, to ensure successful recruitment campaigns.
Conducting long listing application activity for Camden and Islington NHS employers, to help with their candidate selection processes.
Training young people in the NEET group, and older long term unemployed adults, in vocational skills, Business Administration and Customer Service.
