In this role, I worked as a field engineer on rural fiber build projects for Gigaclear, helping to deliver high-speed internet infrastructure to underserved areas. My key responsibilities included:

• Building and deploying fiber optic networks from the ground up in rural environments.
• Installing and splicing fiber in cabinets, using closures like TENIO, and performing midspan splicing.
• Testing and validating fiber installations using OTDR and other specialized equipment to ensure optimal network performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving fiber-related issues to maintain high service quality.
• Coordinating and leading a team of 8 technicians, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.
