In my time as a babysitter, I have had to take into consideration that I am partially involved in how the child evolves into their own person; this means I have a number of responsibilities while said children are in my care.

This includes:

• Maintaining effective communication with parents, providing information about the child's wellbeing, progress, and behaviour.
• Teaching manners and social skills.
• Keeping a positive environment through correcting undesired behaviour, and managing the situation appropriately and calmly.
• Promoting physical activities and social skills by doing outdoor activities, going to parks, etc.
• Supporting children's hygiene needs and the areas surrounding them.
• Transporting children to and from school, or other outdoor locations.

Among other things.

• Maintained a safe and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents.
• Managed inventory of materials and tools, optimising workshop efficiency and minimising waste.
• Solved complex technical problems during the model construction process, applying creative solutions to overcome challenges.
• Performed finishing processes including hand-colouring and spray painting with excellent attention to detail.

• Helped guests locate bathrooms and food areas for enhanced service.
• Responded to guest questions about current facility events and future offerings.
• Distributed event information and marketing materials by hand.
• Established and maintained safe, controlled environment for charity events.
