• Offer emotional support and guidance to the pupils especially those with additional needs.
• Encourage pupil participation and interaction, especially in those students who are shy or overwhelmed.

Responsibilities

• Helping with the Get-in and Get Out of the show.

• Helping the theatre technicians set up and patch the lighting and sound equipment.
• Packing and unpacking the lorry and carrying heavy theatre and technical equipment into the theatre space.
• Mounting large-scale equipment in performance venues.
• Collaborate with local crews to complete instructions as directed.
• Conducting errands for production staff, including procurement of props and costume elements, to support creative vision.
