Summary

I have worked with children since leaving school in my role as a dance and drama instructor. A role that I always have and still do love with a passion. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child develop and learn in your presence. I feel that from this, along with my home role as Mummy to my two beautiful children and my current role of a customer service advisor, has provided me with all the skills essential to being an excellent HR assistant in a school environment- Empathy, kindness, patience (this is most practiced with my own two!!) and above all a smiley face. I enjoy being in a busy environment and feel that in these situations I am at my best. I love talking to people and being able to go above and beyond to help them. I am organised and have excellent communication skills. I am looking for a new challenge and I feel that I could do this role the justice it deserves.
