I am a confident person who is very well organised and committed with a keen eye for detail. I am quick and eager to learn new skills and I am an approachable, friendly person therefore I work well with another person or within a team.
My stats as a Senior Payroll Administrator speak for themselves with consistent 100% accuracy and timeliness and achieving SLA targets with Queries and Instructions.
Since joining Zellis I have had my own onshore payrolls which I have processed end to end.
My payrolls have ranged from 200 to 6000 Employees and are fully managed
I am confident with input and payroll processing, report packs, Bacs and FPS submissions, HMRC and Third Party payments, EPS and monthly stats.
I have processed Year End, P60's and P11D's for my customers.
I also help with queries from our offshore team on the offshore payrolls whenever I have capacity.
As a senior I have the main contact with my customer and hold monthly Post Payroll Calls whereby we discuss the Issue Log for the month completed and upcoming projects.
My job at Sainsburys was to pick for online customers. At anytime I would have to pick for up to 8 customers which included frozen, chilled and ambient foods ensuring that the correct goods were selected and of good quality whilst achieving and maintaining the target IPH (Items per hour).
On a day to basis I would provide support to the Family and Bereavement team and also the Spiritual team. This was in the form of telephone calls, emails, letters, rebranding and creating documents, ensuring memorial cards and 6 week follow up letters were sent out on the correct dates, processing referrals and other administrative tasks.
A large part of my role was to input data on to SystmOne and recording contacts. I then used this data along with feedback forms to complete Monthly Performance Management Reports for our department and Head Office and statistical data for bids for funding.
I would perform administrative tasks on a day to day basis. Yearly I would work on bids for allocations for SCITT training places. After allocation I would then work on the UCAS Platform updating our programmes and locations.
Once UCAS was live it would be retrieving and distributing the applications for assessment, arranging interviews, then if successful confirming conditions of offer.
Leading up to start of the course I would check and verify documentation, process DBS checks, prepare for the induction dates and scheduling for the year.
I would also be involved in the organisation and success of subject days, conferences and the Graduation Ceremony.
This was a short contract with an agency.
My role was to take calls from residents and record defects and problems with their property on the dedicated system which then allowed me to assess the issue and urgency and then allocate the job to the appropriate contractor.
I had to ensure that works were assessed accurately and were then completed in reasonable timescales with customer satisfaction so that we hit our KPI targets.
One of my roles was a client representative and so I would undertake tender reviews, agree the price and programme of works and then compile and agree the contract with the contractor.
Once the project commenced I would manage the project for my client which included holding monthly meetings, providing progress reports, agreeing additional works where necessary, evaluating interim valuations and making recommendations.
I would also carry out inspections of the works and then agree final accounts and issue completions.
I was also involved with valuations and bank drawdowns against private developments.
