Due to ill health i have been out of work since 2016
My responsibilities were to look after children from 6 months to 12 years. The children were dropped off at my house in the morning where i childminded. I dropped off / picked up from school and nursery.
We went on outings to fun and educational places, playgroups and playareas. With the input from the children and 'Setting the table' book we made up snack menus. I made Yearly, Monthly, Weekly activities planners, with the childrens input.
I kept my Policies and Procedures folder up to date, i completed Self Assessements and Care Inspectorate Inspections. The children also had Daily Diaries to take home everyday, and i had frequent meetings with any parents to keep parents updated on their childs progress. I kept up my training by going on various training courses eg First Aid. I have experience with childrens food allergies, intolerances, athsmatic and on oxygen.
My responsibilities were to sign children in on the computer, activities, snack, Personal care, cleaning the equipment / toys, toy rotation and we hosted childrens parties.
My responsibilities were to look after children in the 3-5 year room, activities, snack, ordering craft materials, ordering books from the lending library, observations for the childrens folders, going on training then training staff on the current thinking. I was registered with the SSSC.

I was a supply nursery nurse , my role was to help where ever i was needed e.g help children with their lunches.
