  • September 2021 to present
  • Came out of the classroom to take on new role of mental health lead in addition to safeguarding lead (school size had grown rapidly from 80 pupils to 450.
  • Became administrator and lead practitioner for new safeguarding recording system of CPOMS throughout the school (ages 3-16)
  • Developed and presented bespoke training for all staff including all safeguarding, child on child abuse, radicalisation, behaviour, sexual harm, staff well being, mental health first aid, attendance and autism training
  • Responsible for SCR and safer recruitment
