• Head of Early Years at Boundary Oak School - responsibility for all children aged 2 and a half to 5 years

Maths consultant and supply teacher December 2013-September 2014

• Worked two days a week on the Isle of Wight supporting an under performing school with their maths curriculum. This involved training and workshops for staff, tailored curriculum to support learning, providing workshops and teaching of Year 5 and 6 students to raise their achievement
