Senior Facilities Manager
- Proactively manage and support 3 FM teams consisting of 33 team members.
- Prepare and manage the FM budgets for 12 buildings. Preparing monthly reports for stakeholders to review and forecast income and expenditure.
- Encourage and support the team in their professional development.
- Schedule monthly toolbox talks relevant to each team
- Chair Quarterly meetings with Stakeholders
- Prepare and review SLA's
- Measure and manage contractor performance issues against agreed contract terms and KPI's
- Investigate accidents and incidents that take place at the buildings we manage.
- Ensure buildings are operated in line with current H&S regulations
- Complete monthly building inspections
