  • Member of annual Clearing Team – answering calls from potential applicants.
  • Liaison with colleagues/teams within the School and across the university to ensure the dissemination of correct and current information and policies.
  • Main marketing contact for the School involving the creation of promotional literature and publications and developing the School’s Communication Action Plan.
  • Member of the School Marketing Committee and Student Support Working Group and coordinator of Web Representatives group.
  • The role was a new position which I developed through building relationships and establishing new systems for information dissemination.

This was a new position in which I was proactive in developing the objectives of the role, which were in turn fed into the team’s business and action plans. I developed many of the systems to support the function of the team.
