Since joining Allied Bakeries on the Hygiene team in 2013 i have undertaken several courses to enable me to progress to a Hygiene Coordiantor in 2018.
I am always keen to learn new skills and have recently done an internal audit course to enable me to audit the site to meet with BRC Standards.
I feel i am now ready to take the next step and further my journey with Allied Bakeries.
- Manage a team of hygiene operatives, organising daily workloads and training new starters.
_ IOSH trained and able to undertake risk assessments.
- Good Management Practice (GMP) trained and able to do GMP Audits.
- Review and amend work instructions to ensure site is audit ready.
- Trained to undertake internal audits for the site.
- First Aider
During my time as a Coordinator i have been trained to undertake shelf life audits, mould control as well a being COSHH trained for chemical use. I supervise a team of hygiene operatives and coach and train these to ensure the site maintains the highest hygiene standards.
Working at various locations in Staffordshire for a major cleaning company. Main duties involved office cleaning to a high standard and cleaning of industrial sites to a set cleaning schedule.
Dealing with all aspects of bar work (including passing the course for my Personal Licence) and supervising a team of workers and arranging staff rota's.
Ensured stock levels were maintained and that the daily till was reconciled and was correct for cash sales.
