As leader of the bank's learning design team I'm responsible for the design and development of all colleague learning across the bank. The role is a balance of managing the operational running of the team, with stakeholder and cross-team management while ensuring the strategic direction of the team remains on track.
I support my eight direct reports and ensure they're well equipped to manage their own teams. I'm committed to positive leadership practices and behaviours, coaching conversations and giving feedback.
Key responsibilities:
Leading a team of digital developers, technical analysts and production managers to manage and maintain the HR intranet. Responsible for colleague journey and online content delivery as part of change programme implementing Workday.
The main purpose of this role was to maximise the use of our digital channel to make sure that the users' experience was easy and simple. Elements of the job included digital design and user experience testing, information architecture design across multiple systems, wireframing and prototyping, content development and project prioritisation, scheduling and delivery.
