As leader of the bank's learning design team I'm responsible for the design and development of all colleague learning across the bank. Key responsibilities:

  • Senior stakeholder management with strong relationships, building trust through listening and understanding business perspectives to align solutions.
  • Always-on work optimisation focus to ensure culture of continuous improvement starts with our own ways of working.
  • Defining the future direction of learning design for the bank through the lenses of tooling, skills, technology and operating model.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning, creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Using agile practices including daily stand-ups and JIRA to manage prioritisation of work, alignment of resources and skills to projects and ensuring efficient use of all 21 team members, across the range of projects and tasks.
